Pseudo cydonia sinensis
Description
Height of the only tree : 840 mm. Width : 960 mm.
Dimensions of the non-enamelled pot : 580*420*130 mm. Style moyogi. This bonsaï comes from seedlings and does not have wire mark, grafting mark or very strong cutting wound. Copper-colored foliage in spring that turns green during summer and bright yellow in fall.
The bark desquamates and lets appear a superb trunk, pink/white flowering in spring and yellow fructification in the end of summer.
The conicity of the trunk, the ramifications, the beauty and regularity of the nebari make that bonsaï a quality piece. Diameter of the trunk : about 80/100 mm. Width of the nebari : about 280/300 mm.
Photographed in May 2021, first pictures and orange toned foliage in October. This piece is coming from Master Takahashi's nursery and repoted this fall 2020 in an artisanal firmed new pot from Yixing.
