For amateur juniper bonsaists a spectacular and unique place exists in Japan, Osezaki. This is located near Numazu city in Suruga Bay, 125km south of Tokyo, more commonly known as Biwa island. The reefs and marine life attract scuba divers and the area is popular for water sports.
