Branch Width: 480 mm Pottery: Handmade Chinese Yixing unglazed pot, signed, dimensions: 370 x 300 x 160 mm Bonsai Features: Species: Juniperus Itoigawa, known for its fine, green scales and exceptional vigor.

This variety is ideal for bonsai cultivation, with minimal leaf drop in early summer, unlike Juniperus Chinensis. Style: Neagari (aerial roots) with elegant roots and a twisted trunk. The tree exhibits a natural shari on its roots and jins (dead branches), creating a very ancient and authentic aesthetic.

Estimated Age: Over 120 years, which is reflected in the texture and formation of its bark. A true "old master" in the bonsai world. Origin: From the renowned nursery of Master Kenji Oshima, known for his exceptional specimens.

This bonsai is a rare and truly unique subject, with an original jin and shari, not to be confused with a "tanuki." Care: Reformed in September 2022 by Master Tomoya using copper wire, it is currently without wire, with no significant pruning marks or damage. The tree has never been harmed by wire or aggressive pruning, preserving its natural beauty. The tree has been carefully maintained to preserve its authenticity.
