ref. 12064 DescriptionTree height: 820 mm, branch width: 710 mm. High-quality unglazed Japanese pottery: 470*350*125 mm. Moyogi style. A vigorous specimen with well-formed and branched plateaus, free from significant pruning wounds or strong wire marks, featuring shari on the trunk and jins. Trunk diameter is approximately 140 mm. Nebari: 380 mm. Perfectly formed bark due to the tree's age of over 80 years. Originating from yamadori and cultivated in a pot by Master Tomoya Nishikawa for 20 years in Himeji, Japan. Presence of jins. An exceptional specimen for discerning collectors. Admire the trunk's movement with its entirely natural shari, distinguishing it from tanukis. Sold without the display stand. Photographed in November 2024. |
