Description

Height of the tree only : 510 mm * 450mm. 

Enamelled pot : 315*255*80 mm. Moyogi style. 

Deciduous green foliage during spring and summer with a fast growth. Splendid bonsaï with a very natural charm. 

Japanese and Chinese hornbeams ot only have a hanging catkin flowering but also beautiful fall colours. 

No strong cutting wounds or strong wire marks. 

This subject was repoted in Akadama soil during spring 2016. 

The carpinus turczaninowii has a special characteristic : it gets asuperb white veined bark as he gets older, like our common birches.
