Carpinus japonica or Japanese hornbeam has corrugated leaves that are green in spring, in summer young shoots appear pink and in autumn the foliage turns orange-red. This deciduous tree produces hop-like fruit clusters in late summer and autumn. Buy a few seedlings and make a bonsai forest.

Be carefull potted in april 2020 don't touch the roots before autumn.
